Ordering (Top)


		You can shop online or you can buy our t-shirts at special stores across europe. If you need help, just click here. All merchandise remains the property of L-EVEN until full payment is received. All attemps of fraud will be reported to the police. L-EVEN has the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. Do not send any pre-payments. We are not responsible for any cash, checks or stamps that are sent via mail. L-EVEN reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy. All prices include VAT (20%). How can i order? Possibility No.1: You can order online with the order form. If you found a product, just click the "order" button on the product page. Now fill in the required information and click the "submit order" button. Once you ordered you will receive an order confirmation with detailed informations. Possibility No.2: Order via e-mail. The information wich should be included in the e-mail: T-shirt number, color, quantity, and the size. We also need your name, your address, your zip code, your country (eventually your province / state), your gender and, if you have one, your customer number. Can I order over the phone or via fax? No, only via online order form or E-Mail. You have also the possibility to buy our shirts at a local dealer. Click here for a complete list. Why can't I order the colour/size I want? The item is out of stock or not deliverable. Is the real colour the same as it is in the photo on the web site? Unfortunately we can not guarantee that the colours are matching 100%. Can I add to my order after it has been sent? We ship all items as soon as possible after we receive an order. If you want to add to your order, you have to contact us immediately. If the parcel is already shipped you will have to make another order. Can I cancel my order? If you want to cancel your order, you have to contact us immediately. You can cancel the order if it has not been shipped. Send an email to customerservice@L-EVEN.com with your customer number and order number. If it's to late and the parcel is already shipped, you have to pay the shipping costs for deliveryng and returning. Please note that we also charge €15 for declined items. The stuff I want is out of stock. Will it be back in stock? Unfortunately in most cases it will not. If we plan to reproduce a shirt it will appear on the product page. Why do I not get an order confirmation? Maybe you spelled your E-Mail address wrong. If you complete your order, you will get a confirmation email within 1-2 days. If you don't receive the confirmation within 3 days, please contact the customer service at customerservice@L-EVEN.com Force Majeure If L-EVEN fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then L-EVEN can not be held responsible.

		All orders must be pre-paid and all funds must be in your currency. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation with the complete costs in your currency. You can also use the currency converter. All parcels will be shipped with airmail and thus delivered from your postman. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us, wecare@L-EVEN.com. What is the delivery time? If you live in Europe normal delivery time is 3-10 days.The product information on the site clearly states each article's delivery time. If by any reason the delivery time will differ from the time promised, we will contact you as soon as possible. Outside of Europe the delivery time is 7-14 days. This may vary within the country you are living. In your order confirmation you will find information on the delivery time of your order. If by any reason the delivery time will differ from the time promised, we will contact you as soon as possible. How is my package delivered? All parcels will be shipped with airmail and thus delivered from your postman. How do I pay? All orders must be pre-paid and all funds must be in your currency (currency converter). What is the cost for shipping? In Europe: The costs for shipping are 9,- EUR. This includes handling and packaging. Please see below for shipping costs for more than 3 products. Please ask us wecare@L-EVEN.com Is VAT included? Yes, all prices include VAT. It is specified on the shipping note. How do i know the full amount i have to pay when my currency is not Euro? You know the amount, the product and the shipping costs? Then add everything together and visit the currency converter. Please note to use no commas but dots (for example: 29.90 and not 29,90). In wich currency do i pay? You pay in your currency. After you submit your order you receive an order confirmation wich include the Euro price and your national currency price. I have not received my money, where is it? We refund your money as soon as possible. It will not take more than 30 days. If you for some reason you have not received your money after that time, please contact customer service at wecare@L-EVEN.com and we will assist you.

Exchanges and returns (Top)


		You may return an item and get a full refund, or exchange the item, within 14 days from delivery. Please note that the item must be in the same condition when returning it, as it was when you received it. In case of returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs. If returning because of damaged goods or if the return is due to a mistake made by L-EVEN, we will refund the cost for the item as well as the cost for returning it. Please don't forget to give us your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and your BIC (or Swift). This will accelerate the whole procedure. If you don't know them please ask your credit institute. How to return or exchange items? IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM. 1. Fill in the return form that comes in the package. 2. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the return form. IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM. 1. Always call Customer Service at wecare@L-EVEN.com if you want to exchange an item, to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't, you risk that the item you want is out of stock before we can register the exchange. Please have your customer number and order number ready when you mail us. 2. When you have talked with Customer Service, please fill in the return form that came in the package. 3. Send the item back to us, together with the return form. You will have to pay shipping costs. If the new item is at higher cost you will have to pay the difference cash on delivery (or with creditcard). If the new item is at lower cost, we will credit the difference to your account you assigned in the return form. Processing of returns of faulty goods. In case of disputes, Austrian law is applicable. 1. Email to wecare@L-EVEN.com as soon as you discover the defect. 2. After you have contacted Customer Service, please fill in the return form that came in the package. 3. Ship the faulty item back to us together with the return form. When we receive the item and approved the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form. In case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

Sizes (Top)


		What size do i have? Make sure you order clothes that have a nice fit. If your measurements are between those listed in the size charts, go for the next larger size. If you need to measure up, it´s better to take actual body measurements, rather than measure over clothes or take sizes from existing clothes. Size Chart: click here to view

Washing (Top)


		Let your favorite clothes last longer Follow our invaluable advice and your garments will last you a lot longer. 1. Wash the right way. Always check the washing label that's attached somewhere in the garment. 2. Follow the recommended washing temperature. You find the right temperature in the wash-tub symbol. 3. Sort the clothes according to color. Never mix white and colored garments. 4. Don't be too generous with the washing-powder. Your favorite sweater will not get any cleaner, excess washing-powder will remain in the sweater. 5. Empty all pockets. Close the zipper and unbutton all the buttons. 6. Turn all garments inside out before washing. 7. Fill the machine moderately, not too much, not too little. 8. Most stains disappear when washed. Please note that stains should be dissolved, not rubbed away. Don't wait, remove it right away! 9. Do not under any circumstances use a rinsing/softening agent when washing a fleece garment. 10. Non-bleached garments should not be washed with washing powder containing optical whitening agents / bleach. 11. Most garments tolerate a short spin dry. Garments that hold a lot of water should be spun dry, otherwise they easily get out of shape during drying. 12. If you need to hand wash a garment you have to make sure the washing powder is completely dissolved. Never sprinkle washing powder directly on the garment. 13. Only very dirty garments need to be pre-washed. 14. A garment made of raw wool will shrink if you tumble dry it. 15. Never dry white wool garments in direct sunlight. They can turn yellow.
